When she’s not networking and guiding narrative change strategy, Margaret amplifies contemporary Native representation through her involvement in the fashion world: modeling, styling, and generating publicity for many Native designers, models, makeup artists, and more. By aligning her values with this initiative, Margaret says that “modeling helps [her] take part in shifting the narrative of what today’s perception of Native people look like, in all avenues.”
Margaret has taken to the runway for notable Indigenous or First Nations designers, such as Kayla LookingHorse, Patricia Michaels, and M.O.B.I.L.I.Z.E.
